We can manufacture a wide range of component sizes with our 19 molding machines which range on our 50 Ton machines up to 360 Ton machine. Many of the components that we produce are molded and packaged to form complete units ready to dispatch to the High Street distributors. The wide range of machines at Eden Motors Ltd means that we can produce small parts such as valves and caps of just a few gms in weight, up to battery sized products. Many traditional materials are being replaced by plastics due to their durability, strength, low cost and low weight. In broad terms, the process of plastic injection molding consists of feeding raw material granules and additives such as color into a hopper situated on the molding machine.
